1 12oz East Coast lobster (split), 1 snow crab cluster, 12 Cajun crawfish, 12 shrimp, 6 PEI oysters on the half shell, mussels in tomato and paprika sauce, seafood sauce, garlic butter, and lemons. **Served Cold**
1 full rack of St. Louis style smoked ribs, 1 pound of smoked brisket, 1 pound of smoked sausage, 1 pound of pulled pork, 8oz slaw, 8oz potato salad, bread and pickles **Served Cold in Heat/Eat Pan**
2 pounds Cajun crawfish, 12 ounces peel and eat shrimp, 2 pounds smoked sausage, corn on the cob, onions and potatoes boiled in Louisiana spices and Cajun butter. **Served Cold in a Heat/Eat Pan**
Chicken leg rubbed with in house spices and smoked over an open fire. Drizzled with white Alabama Sauce and served with 2 sides.
Eye of the round beef smoked over an open fire. Served on a bun with Tiger Sauce (think tangy horseradish) and onions. Choice of two sides.
Pork shoulder smoked for over 8 hours. Seasoned, pulled, and served on a bun. Served with your choice of 2 sides.
